Across the PJM region, which serves more than 63 million people, P3 members operate over 108,000 megawatts of electric generation.
P3 members have collectively invested tens of billions of dollars in facilities across the PJM grid, all without regulatory guarantees of a return. They own and operate virtually every form of electricity generation, provide demand response services in select markets, and serve end-use customers through their retail affiliates.
